General terms and conditions

Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase or ordering a service on the website. By submitting a purchase/order, you accept the conditions described herein.

2. Subject of the Contract

  • The scope of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) covers the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the provider (hereinafter: Website).

  • The contract is concluded electronically between the buyer (hereinafter: Buyer) and the Provider, in the Hungarian language.

 

3. Order Process

  • The Buyer selects the desired product or service.

  • By clicking the "Order" or "Purchase" button, they submit their order.

  • The Provider confirms the receipt of the order via e-mail.

  • The contract is thereby concluded.

 

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • The indicated prices are gross prices, meaning they include VAT (if the business is subject to VAT).

  • Payment method: [Advance bank transfer / Credit card / Cash on delivery / Cash – selectable]

  • Payment deadline: [e.g., 3 working days from order confirmation]

 

5. Delivery / Fulfillment

6. Right of Withdrawal (mandatory only for private individual consumers!)

The Buyer (if considered a consumer) is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.):

  • The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the receipt of the product (or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of a service).

  • The intention to withdraw must be notified via e-mail or postal mail.

  • The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.

  • The cost of the return shipping is borne by the Buyer.

  • The Provider refunds the amount within 14 days.

 

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if relevant!):

  • Custom-made products based on individual requirements.

  • Digital content if fulfillment has begun with the consumer's explicit consent and they acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal.

 

7. Complaint Handling

  • The Buyer may lodge a complaint using the Provider's contact details.

  • The Provider records complaints in writing and responds within 14 days.

  • If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Buyer may turn to a conciliation board.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for:

  • technical errors that may occasionally occur on the site

  • misunderstandings arising from the customer's fault

  • fulfillment problems resulting from incorrectly provided data

 

9. Copyrights

All content on the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or adaptation of such content is strictly prohibited.

 

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • The contract is concluded electronically; the document is not filed.

  • The contract is governed by Hungarian law.

  • The Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the GTC, which shall not affect previous orders.
